‍Technical OversightArchitect scalable and robust backend systems to support high-volume document processing.Implement and fine-tune Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms for document reading and comprehension.Ensure AI models are continually trained and updated for optimal accuracy and performance.

‍Project ManagementDefine project scope, timelines, and deliverables, working with stakeholders to manage expectations.Monitor project progress, addressing issues, bottlenecks, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and code quality.

‍Qualifications:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in IT development with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML solutions.Strong experience with NLP, machine learning models, and AI-driven data extraction and document analysis.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant AI/ML frameworks.Solid understanding of cloud-based architectures (AWS, Azure, etc.) and API integrations.Experience leading and managing development teams in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
